Indiq is operated by Tarkya India Private Limited. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as mobile number, email address, name, and profile details provided by the user.
• Prediction activity such as selected market, prediction direction, confidence level, timestamp, settlement status, and points.
• Basic app analytics such as app opens and feature usage events to improve reliability and product experience.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and protect account access.
• To operate prediction history, profile statistics, leaderboards, and community sentiment features.
• To monitor abuse, fake participation, fraud, spam, or artificial sentiment manipulation.
• To improve product performance and reliability.

OTP and Messaging

SMS OTP is used only for transactional user authentication. Indiq does not use SMS for promotional messages, marketing campaigns, or unsolicited communication.

Data Sharing

We use trusted infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Railway, Twilio, and market data integrations to operate the app. We do not sell personal data.
